1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Movaja application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. Movaja reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Movaja is a fitness application that provides AI-powered exercise form tracking, workout guidance, and coaching evaluation. The App processes movement data locally on your device and does not transmit real-time video or audio to external servers. A short recording of the final seconds of each session may be captured solely for coaching review purposes.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account with others or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscription and Payments
Movaja offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a fitness and coaching tool. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App. You must not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers, or use automated systems to access the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Movaja and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the App may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
7. Termination
Movaja reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
