Movaja collects minimal data to provide and improve our service. This includes account information you provide during registration (such as name and email address), workout session data, and coaching evaluation recordings. We do not collect real-time video or audio feeds from your device.
2. On-Device Processing
All AI-powered form analysis and movement tracking occurs entirely on your device. Your camera feed is processed locally and is not streamed to or stored on external servers in real time. This approach ensures that your workout sessions remain private by design.
3. Session Recordings
Only the final few seconds of each session may be recorded. These short clips are captured solely for coaching evaluation purposes — to allow trainers or coaches to review and provide feedback on your form. No other portion of your session is recorded or stored.
4. How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used to deliver the Movaja service, provide coaching feedback, improve our AI models, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
Any data that is transmitted to our servers is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. Session recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized coaches and the account holder. We retain session recordings for a limited period as needed for coaching purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you or ask that your account and associated data be permanently deleted. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@movaja.id.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services for authentication, analytics, or payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
8. Children's Privacy
Movaja is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
